You can download the Mika app either directly from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. The app is only available to some countries.

Android users will need a device that has NFC, running Android 13 or higher, continues to receive Android security patches from the manufacturer, not rooted or using side loaded apps.
Apple iPhone only devices are supported and must be running iOS 18.0 or higher
There are 2 common reasons for not seeing the app on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:
the device you are using is not compatible with the application, no NFC or other missing features
your store account is for a country that we do not offer our app
